End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and DevDimensions ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the DevDimensions application (the "App"), available at https://devdimensions.org, including its integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting your QuickBooks Online account to the App or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement.
3. QuickBooks Integration
The App connects to your QuickBooks Online account through Intuit's authorized APIs using OAuth 2.0. By authorizing the connection, you permit the App to access, read, and (where applicable) write data in your QuickBooks Online company file on your behalf — including customers, invoices, transactions, and reports — solely to provide the App's features. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the App from within QuickBooks or from our disconnect page.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and Intuit's terms of service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit or synchronize through the App.
5. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or misuse the App, nor use it to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
6. Data & Privacy
Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your QuickBooks data to third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by DevDimensions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. QuickBooks and related marks are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; DevDimensions is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit beyond its status as an authorized API integration.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevDimensions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of this Agreement. You may terminate at any time by disconnecting your QuickBooks account and ceasing use of the App.
11. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
